About Us

Mia L. Phan is an award-winning Allied Practitioner of the American Society of Interior Designers and licensed Georgia REALTOR® with over 14 years of experience. Her work spans commercial, hospitality, higher education, healthcare, and high-end residential design, with expertise in historic renovation, adaptive reuse, and new construction.

A graduate of Georgia Southern University’s CIDA-accredited Interior Design program, Mia contributed to acclaimed projects recognized by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Historic Savannah Foundation, and Georgia’s IIDA Chapter. Her work on a Brooklyn brownstone as interior design project manager at House and Parties was featured in Veranda.

Now a licensed realtor, Mia blends her design expertise with real estate insight to offer clients a complete experience—from space planning and sales prep to finding their dream property.

In her downtime, Mia enjoys life with her partner, Tom, and their three dogs, Poncho, Lemmy, and Wolferina, in her coastal hometown of Historic Savannah, Georgia. When not working, Mia enjoys bicycling, playing guitar, and gardening.
